Polo Strategico Nazionale encourages anyone who becomes aware of events or conduct that contravene the company\u2019s internal codes and protocols, laws or regulations (including EU regulations), to <\/span>report them with the utmost confidentiality<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reports can relate to anyone<\/b>: contractors, employees, and third parties who have commercial or financial relations of any kind with Polo Strategico Nazionale.<\/span><\/p>\n

The report may be <\/span>explicit<\/b>, in which case the reporter provides personal details, or <\/span>anonymous<\/b>, in which case personal details are not specified or identifiable in any way. Every report is assessed by the <\/span>Supervisory Board<\/b> and the <\/span>CAO (Chief Audit Officer)<\/b> of Polo Strategico Nazionale.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
