This might mean having only a limited capacity for handling large amounts of data traffic, or, above all, a high vulnerability to <\/span><b>cyberattacks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> at the expense of citizens and their data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Adopting Cloud Computing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> in the Public Sector could concretely help Administrations by letting them <\/span><b>offer autonomous, efficient, and reliable digital services and technological infrastructures<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">. It aims to respond to three needs: <\/span><b>ensuring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> the country&#8217;s technological autonomy, <\/span><b>guaranteeing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> comprehensive data security and control, and <\/span><b>enhancing the value <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">administrations and digital services.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">This strategy is based on a <\/span><b>\u201cCloud First\u201d <\/b><b>principle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">. This means prioritising the use of <\/span><b>cloud-based tools and<\/b> <b>technologies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> in PAs over any other technological options. This approach follows <\/span><b>three lines of action<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>classifying<\/b> <b>PA<\/b> <b>data and services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> in order to guide and support migration to a Cloud<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>rating<\/b> <b>the<\/b> <b>Public<\/b> <b>Cloud<\/b> <b>providers <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">and Cloud Services which Administrations might use <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 500;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>setting<\/b> <b>up<\/b> <b>a<\/b> <b>national<\/b> <b>infrastructure<\/b><span> for the Cloud Services offered by Polo Strategico Nazionale. This infrastructure should reflect the highest guarantees of reliability, resilience, and independence. In this regard, the <\/span><b>Hub<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\"> represents one of the first concrete solutions for reaching comprehensive digital-data sovereignty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Polo Strategico Nazionale, combined with other National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP)-supported initiatives, aims to step up digital transformation among Public
