A Corporate Governance system oversees the management and control of Polo Strategico Nazionale. This system aligns with the principles stipulated in the related Code of Ethics and Conduct we adhere to.

Whistleblowing: handling reports

Polo Strategico Nazionale encourages anyone who becomes aware of facts or behavior contrary to internal company codes and protocols, laws or regulations (including European ones), to report in the utmost confidentiality.

Reports may concern anyone: collaborators, employees, as well as third parties who have commercial or financial relationships of any nature with PSN.

The report can be explicit, in this case the reporting person indicates personal details, or anonymous, consequently the personal details are not made explicit or identifiable in any way.
